MD deck to 4-track?

Anyone here know if it's possible to take a MD (minidisc) stereo output and record it onto one track of my 424MKII? If so, how?

My MD deck has analog outs (RCA) but where do I stick 'em?

Hey, we missed you, Choboy, welcome back!

Use one of those handy Hosa cables, two RCA plugs to two 1/4" plugs, and plug the latter two into, say, channels 5 and 6 panned hard left and hard right and route that to whatever track(s) you want.
 
The 424mkII has those RCA Submix inputs for a reason. (c:!

3 ways to do it:
1) MD RCA -> 424mkII RCA Submix input. Record Buss L and Buss R.

2) RCA -> 1/4" to channels 1-4 recorded direct or bussed

3) RCA -> 1/4" to additional line inputs 5-8 recorded bussed L and R.
 
Hey, Dragon, man, like the proverbial mad (musick) professor I been locked in my underground guerrilla studio mixing up a tone-licious stew. This site deserves a lot of credit for pointing me in the rite direction. But now I must seek some counselling ... luckily I'm not married.
