im 90% sure about this but theres no documentation that i could find that says whether or not the two inputs for either mbox or firebox were simultaneous. i searched previous posts and went on their site and didnt see it, so i figured if they werent bragging about it in bold text, it probably wasnt 2 simult. but i was just makin sure

a general rule you will see is that most USB interfaces are only 2 simultaneous inputs, while firewire uses as many as is on the interface. probably not necessarily 100% always true, but on most units it is.

mbox is two in, two out simultaneous
firebox is 6 in, 10 out.

Wow, you'd think they would put 2 track simultaneous on their web page, because since they didn't, i assumed it was just one at a time. thanks for the help
