May you suggest me a 300€ condenser mic?

Hello guys,
this is my first post here ... tomorrow i'm gonna buy a RME BabyFace and i have 300€ left to spend on a good condenser mic ...
I would use it for voice and acoustic guitar maybe ...

I was thinking about Oktava MK 319 ... my dealer says that for 279€ it s impossible to buy a better condenser mic and that its quality is comparable to other brands 500€ condenser mic


What do you think? any suggestion about a good 300€ condenser mic i should consider?

I'm a bit bias so take this for what it's worth. I'm a HUGE fan of the 319 and for the price I can find them used in the US ($100) I cannot find another mic that comes even close. I don't know what it is about that mic but it just impresses me every time I use it. YMMV
