ive found a huge price difference for the 10/10. its $629 bundled with vegas, and $1000 from the maudio store. is $629 a normal price or is this something that is for like a week only?

Check out Bayview Pro Audio. I have found them to have the best prices and selection for sound cards.

I've seen the card for 599 new. The Vegas thing is probably a promotion. And at that price a very good deal (if the vegas if full function and not a demo!) The reason the price is so high on their own website is to encourage people to buy from their dealer network. You get alot more coverage/sell more units if you sell thorough dealers. Look at Gadgetlabs for instance, I believe if they had sold through dealers, they would still be around. Hope this helps.

The Vegas bundle is a promotion and it's a pretty good deal. I bought a standalone 1010 (from a dealer) for $635.00. Then a month later saw it bundled with Vegas for $599.00. Even if you throw Vegas in the trashcan, you still save money.

Shop around on the Internet, the prices for this stuff are all over the place.

Also, vegas is the full working version, with some free fx you don't get if you buy vegas alone.

The delta 1010 with vegas bundle has been around forever and you should be able to get it from marmusic of bayviewproaudio for under $700.

Great buy
