Whats a good program to use to master my tape to my computer as a Wav and then return the stereo Wav to my 4 track and add 2 more tracks and repeat ?

The demo is almost fully functional, you can even add effects to your wav file, and has a good manual. And the demo is free.
It can do a lot more than just record one file- you can actually use the program just like your 414- and depending on your computer you might have 8 to 24 tracks. But it will also work for what you described, and its free.

Doe's the n-track demo have a time limit of say 2 minutes or so ?

The n-track demo that I downloaded recently does not have a time limit.dicknose said:
