Massive Instrument question?

Ok, so i have ableton live 7 and i have three tracks laid down. On my Track three, i used the native instruments Massive VSt. I play through a keyboard and i'm also trying to make the wobble like on dub step. I played through my song with Track three recording and its a simple tone. When i play back my song, i can put wobble in by turning on effect and contolling it by turning a know on the massive effects. No my problem. I want to record what i do to the effects i'm changing on Massive and not what plays on the keyboard. As in, control just the wobble and play the original track and record it. Im new and i'm sorry if this is not detailed enough.

Search in Ableton for "record automation".

You may have to print the FX'd take to another track to save it.
