I compress my all vocals on the way in... Some disagree with doing that but it works for me. As for EQing I don't really do much of that. Maybe add some highs or drop some mids depending on the voice and the track. Only other EQing I do to the vocals is strictly for EFX purposes like kicking something to the background or making something sound much thinner than the main vocal track. That's usually after I apply the EFX like reverb, chorus, and delays. Everything esle about the mix I just handle with the track levels and pan.
