can anyone recommend a way to have the man on the mic adjust there own levels? It would be great if their was a way they can Adjust: Headphone volume, instrumental volume and their Recording Volume! This would comfort Many of the people i record!

If you're doing the tracking you should be adjusting the recording volume. Once it's set there shouldn't be any adjusting of the input.

There are some hardware headphone amps out there that will let you adjust separate tracks but you would need to be able to output those individual tracks out to the hardware. A cheap 4-channel mixer should work for that application.

Easiest way is to create a submix set up the way they want and send that to the performer's headphones.

Some DAW software and some interfaces have this facility--worth specifying how you're recording.

However, if you're not one of the lucky ones, I'd be looking for a used mixer with at least a couple of pre fade aux sends--this would let you create dedicated headphone mixes without affecting the recording.

(Any discussion of how to wire it all together will need a LOT more info from you about your system though.)
