Sunday studio time !!!! I just finished re-mixing (redid some of the guitar work and vocals) my cover of Alice Coopers "Man of theYear", that I originally did last year. I gonna go through my stuff and redo the old tunes (make them better) as well as do some new stuff over Christmas break. Here is a link. http://www.soundclick.com/util/getplayer.m3u?id=7148960&q=hi
 
Is the bass and kick too loud ? I listened to it again with my pc speakers and they sound a little loud. Anyone ?
 
Listened with fresh ears. Needs drums redone

Nice production! Sounds great.

Slight timing issue at 1:36. The bass may be a bit loud, but thats being picky.

Im gonna redo the drums and lower the bass. The drum tracks were last years tracks. I can play them better now. And that will fis the timing issue. I always seem to have timing issues on the skins. Thanks for the input.
 
Nice punky sounding version this, Bush!
Very few timing issues with the drums, nothing you can't fix. Voice is a bit flat here and there, but that makes it sound punkier.
Very enjoyable. Mix and sound quality sound pretty good to me!

Thanks JoeyM. My son is coming home for christmas and is bringing a shipmate (they are in the Navy) with him. The friend plays guitar and is into punk. So I hope to record some punk with them.
 
Sounds cool man. If you're gonna redo anything, redo the vocals. They're okay, but they could be better.

Thanks Greg. I probably will. But, I woke up today with a freakin flu bug. Of all times to get sick. :) Holidays
