I'm thinking about making a Homerecording.com Cakewalk FAQ-site. Questions like "How do I convert MIDI to audio?", "Sound is delayed. Is this latency?" and "How do I put Cool Edit in the Tools-menu?" doesen't need to be answered every time...

Anybody up for it? Just post here or e-mail me the question and answer, and I'll make a site. Of course you will be credited for the answer, but I'm on a budget so I can't pay you any royalties :D.

I'm planing to do a search through these forums for question and answer, but perhaps I forget things. If you search, just post the link.

COME ON, LET'S POST Q&A's! :)

Hey, Moskus, Homerec.com is paying me big bucks to answer all these questions. You're gonna cut into my income here. You're getting paid too, aren't you?

:) :) :) :)

OK, I'll make a contribution:

------------------------
Q. I made a session drummer track, and I can hear everything fine. But how do I see the underlying MIDI data so I can make edits to the data.

A. Select the track and use the Apply Midi Effects Command (from the Process Menu or Edit Menu depending on the version of Sonar you are running).
---------------------

Also, the Split to Tracks cal command to put all the drums on their own track would be a good one for the FAQ's as well.

Let me know if you change you mind about the royalties, I'll send you my address. :D

Thanks!

I'll get on with my work. I'm not great at webdesign, but I'm not bad either...
