Making instrument definitions??

Does anyone know how to do it??

I just got a new keyboard, Yamaha MM6, and there are no definitions yet for Sonar. It doesnt seem that Yamaha is in a particular hurry to make them, how do I make my own??

Easy to do, but a pain in the ass if your keyboard doesn't allow the exporting of the patch list.

I am not at home right now, but I'll get you the details tonight. Or, if you send me a patch list, I'll make one for you.

Hey David K, or anyone out there, I was wondering where I might find the instrument definitions for my rs 7000. I'm trying to dump my tracks via midi into sonar without using audio files. Can you help? Thx
