how to make the beatz? boom boom click click click boom boom, like that... is it possible? are the beats phat? my homies are fly and i cant be pimping without a pro set up... what r beatz? r they like fake drums? do i need a reasons? is the mpc available in neon green?

could it be a good beat? i think im down with it. do i need to know the name of drums to make the beats???
 
Thats pretty much the best beat I've ever heard. Forget drums man, I'd say the words in time. "Boom Boom" "Click Click Click" "Boom Boom" "chikity chikity chikity". Pure gold man!

harhar nope, that my oraginale beets, i call it "jive fillie" if i like played instruments, i would play u whole song, its floating in my head, knowutimean? word.

yea, but i jus wanna make beatz, homey... like, if i were to learn drums, dont that take months? i make beatz with my mouth, boom boom boom, see? it sounds like a drum yo...
 
Do you have a recording of your beat with just your mouth? I'd love to hear it. Boom Boom Boom, man.
 
yea, thats a good question, yo do they make instrument pickups for the mouth? cuz i make my beats with my mouth, but i make the beats really close to my computer, but i dont thin its recording, cuz i play playback on my windows media player, and i dont hear anything... is my puter broken?
 
stinkfoot - you need to be closer to the screen, so your lips are almost on top of Media Player. But make sure the computer's off when you record to it, otherwise you'll pick up fan noise.

So, you just want the quick and easy way without any effort or education? The lazy way? Musicians take years to hone they're craft to be considered professional. In the hip hop world it takes a few minutes. Instead of being a singer, you become a rapper. Instead of learning an instrument, you sample someone else's blood, sweat, and tears, and mix it up on a computer, or you punch bottons on a drum machine or computer and then call it your own. You make "beatz" with being able to really play a fucking thing and want people to recognize your incredible talent. Then you people have the gall to call yourselves "musicians". WOW!!

We need to invent a new word for music, maybe like faux-music or pseudomusic or something to describe todays "music" which all sequenced and played by machines instead of humans so that talentless fucks can become big stars and get lots of booty.

And what makes you think I talk like that or understand you, or WANT to understand you?

In England, they speak English
In Spain, they speak Spanish
In France, they speak French
In Russia, they speak Russian
In Italy, they speak Italian

Here in America (sigh)....WTF :mad:

We are the only country allowed to bastardize our own beautiful language AND think it's cool. The more you fuck it up, the cooler you are.

the last 25 years has all become very, very sad.


Sorry for the diatribe, but I have felt this way for along time and am tired of just going with the flow. Very tired!

Theres this great trend called ENGLISH! Its catching on! TRY IT!
Its easy especialy if you grew up around people who speak it, hear that?
ITS ENGLISH! unreal!

Stinkfoot and agent47 should try it!

And they should try learning how to do anything musical, once you know it its a valuable skill. Hell I could make a Hip-Hop beat in 10 seconds that would take the uneducated years. And I dont even need the funny form of english to it! :confused:

Start asking real questions in english in the newbies forum and you will actualy learn one or two of those needed skills.
