Magnifier in cubase

I was watching that vide, it's Cubase SX, but the guy have a magnifier. Is it found in Cubase or in his recording software.

Hello,

That is an effect from "Camtasia" (probably) or whatever screen recording software that he used to record the tutorial.
That is not a feature that comes integrated with Cubase.

Windows has a built in magnifier but I don't know if it's like the one you saw in the vid.
