Hey,

Nice build. I thought the bass was a bit too high in the mix and the vox sounded too dry. Maybe add some verb. The vox also gets lost in the mix as the soung builds and new elements are introduced.

The song has a pretty strong build to it. With some tweeking, it could have a very powerful build.....

At fist I hated the honky ringing snare, it grew on me, could be a little quieter at first.

Could have gotten to 2:30 at about 1:45 without losing much---the final build part kicks ass.

The song kicks ass when it kicks in. actually. Some of those guitar parts sound so lifelike when they come out of nowhere.

Vox could use a little more passion--ferocity at parts.

I found this song to be quite pleasing. The SM57 is a fine mic.]

I think this has to fall into the punk rock genre with the "raw" sound to be acceptable. Otherwise, it comes nowhere near the quality of your avatar. Very "underground-ish" sounding. A slow song build up too...
vocals up, maybe??
