Have you had any luck finding out if you can transfer ownership?
 
Yes, a user named "koolkeys" over at the KVRAudio forum told me it is really simple. I just log in and change all the info to the email, etc of the new owner.

I've already received confirmation from Native Instruments that they have de-authorized all of my installs, so GPO and Garritan Jazz Big Band are ready for transfer also.
