Hey folks I currently have a Mackie Onyx 1640 in my live rig but its also got the FW output that I used to use until I finally got a second echo Layla 24/96 PCI set up. My question lies in the quality of the converters in each. I was wondering if there's much of a measurable difference between the quality of the echo converters and the quality of the onyx ones. Or is it just a case of "all low end converters sound the same to me"?
