does anybody use mackie's onyx series of mixers with firewire out? and if so, how well do they perform?

What's this button do?
I just set up a 1640 Onyx board running Cubase SX3 w/firewire. The 1620 is basically the same thing. I am really happy with it so far. Definately the nicest 16 channel interface for the money around. Tons of positives, but a few negatives (for me.)
One potential negative, all tracks transfer pre-EQ. The EQ is really only there for live use and control room ajustments. This could be good or bad depending on the setup.
