mackie 8 buss mods

is there a way to modify the mackie 8 buss console so that your mix B pot sends to tape rather than the fader?

It looks like there is a pre-fade listen mod that can be done (see the manual on page 70; in the top schematic section near the SOLO LED there is a PFL mod identified, but I'm not sure without some more thought if this is what you are asking for).

I doubt it as the mackie 8 buss is built on one dirty big motherboard. (which is why they are cheap)
