I have a macbook pro that I want to use to record live concerts and do some studio style work. I use garage band for now but that could change in the future. What I really want to do is during a live show have 8 tracks recording at once with different feeds coming from an external firewire mixer, so that I can remix in post. I have looked at a few on the internet but I am not sure if these will do what I have in mine. Anyone got some advice for me. If you dont understand me just reply and I can ellobrate.
