hi all. This is probably a question for ghost of fm or a reel person, if either are around to see it. i've got an m312A, no phantom power. I also have a Lambda electronics phantom power supply, originally for a neve desk, within reach. The question is, can I somehow wire the power box into say, the first 6 channels of the console to provide pahtom power? The power box has a cable coming out of it, with a large plug, it's female, circular with 3 evenly spaced holes in a triangle. I'm obviously probaly gonna need to strip that, but what i need to know is where, if I can, can i wire it into the board?
I'm not very electronically-inclined, but I'm willing to learn. Ff there are any electronics gurus out there, or anyone who knows the ins and outs of the board, any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
