How is this controller? Does it have the cheap "plastic" feeling? Also, this is not touch sensitive right?

Info you can use...
It IS velocity ('touch') sensitive, and yes the keys do have a plasticy feel to them. The tradeoff is it has plenty of knobs and buttons for sending continuous controller info to control various aspects of your sequencing application, soft synths, etc.
If you want to get something that has a better key feel the Axiom series would be worth a look.

Or check out the Novation Remote controllers. Their keys are nicely weighted, aftertouch etc. with plenty of knobs, buttons & sliders to map
