M-Audio Project Mix I/O question

im thinking of buying the M-Audio Project Mix I/O... it seems like a super sweet deal for $1200 canadian... and i really want it.. anyone hear anything good or bad about it?

It looks awesome to me. Electronic Musician had a big write up on it last month but I didn't get to look over it. If you want to use Protools, it seems really good though. It has 8xlrs and support ADAT light pipe, meaning you can get a 16 track capable pro-tools rig pretty reasonable. Of course, you don't have to use protools though.
