i got this weird problem with m-audio ozone,
i'm using it with hp compaq nx9005 laptop
when i play something in logic or winamp (or anywhere), it works fine for a few seconds and then i hear really loud crackling/clipping noise ... it doesn't last for long, but it happens like 5 times in one minute and it really hurts my ears, especially when working on headphones and it's very annoying too
i've got the latest drivers for m-audio, i've disabled old audio card, i've got microsoft service pack 2, somebody said it can mess up things so i removed it and installed service pack 1, so usb should work fine (im using xp) and i've tried pretty much everything but it still doesn't work properly ..
anyone had same kind of problems or have any idea how to fix this ?
