M Audio Mobil Pre Amp

I just bought this product and have just started to learn about recording. When I record with the ableton LIVE 4 demo software they gave with it with just guitar it was fine.....I tried to record my band one by one and had the drum track and then went to track the guitar and vocals and the track was delyed a secound or less from the drums........wich you can tell even thought its not off by much.I think this is because of the Latency? but its says zero-latency?
