M-Audio Keystudio 49i

[I Got Riffs]

I checked Youtube for a review and couldn't really find anything. So I was wondering if anybody here knows if these are any good? I currently use a Keystudio 49 as a controller and a Line 6 UX2 as an audio interface for recording guitar and monitoring. I should mention I don't record vocals, so not looking for quality in mic pre's. But the 49i contains an interface built-in(with headphone outputs and an instrument input for guitar, ect). But from what I can tell, they've already come and gone. They are no longer seen on the website. I'm sure the audio interface isn't much, but neither is the UX2, which I've had for many years and still works for me(ASIO driver is the main thing?). Could the 49i do the job of the UX2?

I'd check amazon for availablity, a lot of times they'll have a few discontinued products laying around. At least m-audio updates their drivers.
