M-Audio Keystation 61es Driver Problem

Just Killing Time
Windows XP 2002, Service Pack 3

I just swapped for an M-Audio Keystation 61es. I have it plugged in via USB, and
the "Found New Hardware" didn't work. I went to the M-Audio site and
downloaded the drivers for this keyboard, and installed them. It told me it was
successful. The keyboard is still not working :confused:

Any ideas?
