The not fountain head
From the manual...
"MULTIPLE UNITS –
Future updates of the FireWire 410 software drivers will allow you to chain multiple units together for increased I/O. Clicking on a unit icon will activate the control panel for that particular unit, displaying its control panel settings.

Presently only a single FireWire 410 is supported. We suggest you check the M-Audio website for information on FireWire 410 driver updates."

Did anything ever become of this? Really, it would be awesome to know this came to pass....Especially if I could do this with my Pro Tools M-Powered (an even phatter chance).... Oh well... Anyone???

FYI.. I created a ticket with M-Audio tech support on this topic...

Aight, people.....I spoke to Miss Cleo about this, NOT M-AUDIO!!!!

1. She feels that the capability is still being developed/tested... :(

2. She sees hat It won't work with PT...

I don't understand why the PCI cards will work when using more than 1 at a time, but the firewire wont.......Silly M-Audio!
