M-Audio Fasttrack pro only records in left channel, help!

I just bought this thing a few weeks ago new, but only the left channel comes through. I've tried it on two computers and the same thing happens. I've looked and can't find anyway to fix this, does anyone know what's wrong?

if you're sending a mono signal (almost everything through a mic or instrument), make sure you are recording in mono in your DAW software.
