Hi, so I recently got my M-Audio Fast Track USB set up and im loving it :]
but just 2 problems
I like to use it for sound playback [itunes, youtube, etc] to make things easy so I don't have to go back and unplug a bunch of things
but here are my 2 problems:
1. When XP sp3 starts up, I have to unplug and replug the interface back in for it to be recgonized [not a big deal, but anyway around that?
2. Sometimes I'll get a crackle, or itll just give me a static noise with no playback of what I was listening to [fixed usually after plugging the interface in and out, but it would be nice to avoid it]
I have the latest updates on xp sp3 and on the interfaces software
latency is the highest, I figured it would reduce "unwanted noise" while I'm just listening
