This card has one set of stereo analog outputs. Is it possible to treat the outputs as 2 mono channels and route different tracks to each one?

In Cool Edit Pro you can select where you want to route the output for each track. My current sound card has one stereo output with a mini plug. So only one output shows in CEP. I'm hoping that since the 2496 uses two jacks for output that I'll get both outputs showing up in CEP.
