Lyrical montage, my first short film.

Hey guys,

Here's something a little different for anyone who's interested. This is my first short film, its a lyrical montage for my senior film studies course i just finished. It's set to a poem I wrote about my passion for music, especially guitar. All the music you hear is original and recorded by me.

First of all this was beautiful,
You could work further on your music. Especially on the intro.
I was waiting for some lead instrument to take over and join music and picture more closely. Just an idea.
And I wouldn’t exaggerate with solo. Just to put some touch of atmosphere.

The intro/credits seemed a bit long considering there were only two people involved in the project.

The accompanying music sounded really good.

So does your film get graded on music and poetry too?

lmao ya the credits are entensive, and redundant , but it was more about the imagery and the mood setting, hence the length of the intro. I got a little carried away in that part though...

yes, i am getting a higher mark considering i did my own poem and original music, as that was not required.
