First off welcome to da site. But anyways you should get on yahoo and join the PK-6 group which i am a part of(link below). And the people on there are very greatful with assistance.
Now as far as the 12 keys not working that seems like a malfunction to me. Did u buy this keyboard used? If so u should def contact the seller and ask about that.
But the PK-6 is a great keyboard.
what are u using to sequence it?
