I got 4 or 5 seconds of real drums in different styles, rock, samba, shuffle, etc. I want to loop them, but I don´t know how.
I have the audio track playing, but when I select loop section it doesn´t start as I like, there is some beats at the end that not match with the beginning of the loop. I mean how can I have a loop that sounds exactly from the start till the end point.
Notice that i´m talking about audio drums (real) not midi.

Thanks

Import the loop into a track, double click on it and it will open the loop view. Enable looping at the top of the loop view, and then play it, if it clicks or pops every time it starts over, edit it down just a hair till it doesnt. When you have it, then you can slip edit it as long as you want to in your track.
Understood? Let me know... I love this function now, fantastic...

Thanks Tubedude, but what do you mean with enable looping at top of the loop view??. Maybe there are some buttons missing on this toolbar. Or it´s possible to set loop start and end points from the loop view?? (those little yellow flags).
To make the loop that I got I select the part that I don´t want to play and that´s it. Maybe i´m doing wrong???.

Tama,

Use the exlporer button on the tool bar to find your loop. Then double click on it - that will import it (the sample) into a track.

Right click on the sample, go to clip properties, select the groove-clips tab, and then select enable looping. This page also allows you to change the pitch of the sample.

Good luck and let me know if that worked out for you.
