You'll pick up a used one on eBay for a quarter of the price, maybe less. Great desks. I started recording on a GS1, then the GS3 now on a Saber 24/16/16/2. I once read somewhere it's easy to make things sound good on an A&H but very difficult to make things sound bad. I swear by that statement.
Don't know if you're aware they are british built, I know the new ones get shipped all over but the older ones are more saught after and harder to find overseas.
