In my continuing search to find a way to burn CD's from my yamaha DGX500.Yamaha support says I can hook directly from ma headphone out put to a CD burner,however it must be one that records in real time.I understand they can be real expensive.Can anyone give me the names of some burners and let me know if they might be available used.This is purely a hobby with me so I don't need the best.

Call Sweetwater Sound and talk to a sales rep. Tell him/her what you want to do; like you're "shopping," which you are.
They will tell what you need and what to do.
They have greatly improved their customer service ratiocination and you can send back gear that doesn't meet your approval. But, like most vendors, you do not get the shipping costs back.
Ask and learn.
