Looking for song creation program

I'm looking for a simple computer program that I can type in lyrics, put the chord changes over the words, and choose some instruments to play the song/chord changes.

I don't read/write musical notations but as a guitar player I understand chord progressions.

Im not 100% sure but i do not believe a program like this exists...at least now without midi, or actual instruments being played by poeple....
