looking for some ideas

im still experimenting with micing my accoustic guitar. I have a couple microphone pair options and i was wondering if anybody had an good ideas that they thought would work well that maybe i hadnt thought of. I have a pair of Octava 012s, three 57s, two 58s, a beta 52, a KSM27, and a mxl 990. Any ideas are welcome.

The Octava's should

work pretty nicely. I haven't ever actually used a set of mc012's but everyone says that the mxl-603's compare to them and these are the mics i use. Try one around the 12th fret and another over your right shoulder.

I have a pair of the Oktava's. They sound great on my acoustic.

If you try it and it sounds bad, then it was a bad idea.

yeah man you got the mics, try them out and see what you like. Not like its costing you money.
