Looking for help on silent jamming

Hello everyone

I would really appreciate your advice on how can my friends and I, who play e-drums, guitar, and keyboard (maybe a microphone for vocals too), jam with each other silently through headphones, where the audio of all the instruments is transmitting at the same time to all the headphones. If that makes sense?

I'm pretty new to this whole thing, so I haven't found anything I can follow online from my searches so far, other than some mentions of a mixer or interface. Which is confusing, since they seem to be 2 different things. I wouldn't want to order the wrong thing.

Simplest system - a small mixer with enough inputs for all the sources, and enough sends for you each to have your own mix. You either use a mains powered headphone amp (like the Behringher one) or individual battery powered ones that can clip on your belt, and again, behringher make these. everyone then has a pair of in-ears, job done.
