Does your face ever go numb while singing?
Kind of. But mainly when a session has run into hours. When my friends and I used to do multitracked backing vocals, after 4 or 5 hours we'd stagger out with sore faces, jaws, throats, necks and bodies and serious headaches, like we'd been training for a marathon !
