Just got a MacBook Pro and thinking of getting logic pro 9 on it. How would it run, should I be worried at all? Any horror stories of the macbook crashing, any help would be great!

Thanks yall

I run Logic Express 9 on a unibody macbook pro with no issues. I upgraded to 4 gigs of RAM, but I'm not sure that was necessary. Previously, I ran Logic Express 8 on a white macbook and rarely had a problem. I don't go all out with 75 tracks and multiple plugs on each track, to be sure, but I can't see that it would be a problem generally.

I've been using logic express 9 on a macbook pro for a
little over a month. Don't have any high track counts yet.
I've hooked up a Motu 828, Tascam fw1082, apogee duet,
and even my little zoom h2 with out a single glitch.

I'm curious to know if any one has tryed out Xgrid and
distributed processing out with logic. it seems like this is
suppose to be a feature of logic studio 9 but I don't know
why it wouldn't work with express as well. I'm not sure
if leopard server is required to use. I thought it was suppose
to be part of osx.
