Logic error

For some reason frequently appears this message "Error while trying to syncronise audio and midi." There were only 2 audio tracks in the playback and NO MIDI at all! I have a P3 ,450 mhz, 393 MB ram and a soundblaster 1024! Anyone can give a help? Thanks in advance :)
 
What version are you running? I used to get this all the time w/ 4.1, but rarely now that I'm on 4.7. I wish I knew exactly why that message comes up. When it does, I restart Logic and the problem goes away.
 
I sometimes get the message when I try to play a file at a wrong sample rate.

I also get it when the puter is bogged down.

My version is 4.5 Platinum, the sample rate is correct . Could it be something related with the sound card?
