loading group of effects simultaneously

I'd like to know how to have a group of effects to be loading simultaneously? ( I always put a compressor, eq and Reverb on my vocal tracks, I am always stuck loading them 1 by 1)

The template option is ok but I'd like to be able to do it the Wavelab way.
