Aphex 207

Assuming that a) you're selling (or have sold) this gear that you personally owned, and b) you used it for at least long enough to reach the decision to sell it, what can you write about the Aphex 207? I'm looking for a mid-level dual channel mic pre. Something warm enough to work with a violin and a 12 string guitar, but not more than about $600/$700 or so. I saw the 207 in the sweetwater catalogue, and ran a search... which brought me to you.

If you've had any experience with it, might I beg you to share? Decent sound, not much noise, etc?
