I loved the little I heard man, very cool, I gave a Jazzy\blusey vibe to me.
Nice sound on the kit man.

on the little I heard it seemed balanced and mixed ok. :)
 
Man, that is a NICE recording. Smoooooooth....Awesome drums. Love that B3, too. Shit man, I hear everything. Very nice, I wish it was longer.

Yeah, it's about that...45 seconds or so...I wish it was 45 MINUTES.
 
Thanks! :) It was just off the 24 track,then through my console to Masterlink. Really not mixed at all,just eq'ed a little. The funny thing is, the club was horribly small. A coffee house really. My first impression was "oh my god, this will suck". But the group played at a very nice voloum which made my job easy. I have a portable rig with an Alessis HD24,(3) Focusrite octopre's 8 channel preamps and my normal studio mic for the most part.The next band is Oct 22nd. Very large horn band with total wireless system for all except drums and keys. It will prove to be a challange I think :eek:
 
I have the entire night,like 3 hours worth. The funniest bit is during the second set the organ players stool broke and he went right to the floor. You can hear it on the recording and it's really funny...well for me, not at all for him! Gotta love live> :rolleyes:
