I am supposed to record a church group in a couple of weeks - Lead vox, three backup singers, bass, mandolin, two guitars, drums .
I will be using a Yamaha AW4416. My first thought was to multitrack, but I am worried about phase issues. Now I am thinking of just setting up a stereo pair, and moving it around until it sounds good.
Any thoughts?
