I recorded this as they played live.

I would like comments on the tracking and mixing job. It was a three piece band, not much that I could pan hard and still keep it balanced.

Thanks.

Pretty cool over all. What kind of guitar/ amp? Maybe a little thin sounding. Is it a Tele possibly?

Nah, I think that is a Gibson. Here is the rig you are hearing. I cannot identify the amp, (as I'm not a guitar player.) The FOH guy had a 57 on there. I would have preferred an e609 or something, but apparently it's all he had.

I did not EQ the guitar track at all. You are hearing it flat and dry. I can easily tweak some low-mid into it.

Yup - les paul junior single pup. Sounds good.

Sounds pretty good over all. I think the guitar amp could be an old Ampeg but it's hard to tell. Good work.

By the way, I haven't seen a "curly cord" in a long time. They used to be all the rage but were noisey when they stretched. They crackled like crazy in most cases. That one must be ancient. I haven't seen one for sale in the music stores for years.
