Live Mics

[MINDCRIME]

HI,
Im looking for live mics.
its for a small band lots of female back up harmonies, both male and femail lead vocals, we play in a semi large auditorium
lousey acoustics, soft contemperary music, and not alot of money to spend,
Ahhhh and this is the biggest problem,
the people who will be using them tend to be stage shy so they sing rather soft,
but in all I want a decent all purpose mic, for live shows,
any help would be a blessing

My guess is that you mean something other then an SM-58, that is cheaper...
I heared Samson mics are pretty good, and so are the Behringer dynamics. For live use, most chinese rip offs would be good enough. Hylex is very popular here, and sounds really good. So are those "Protec" "Pro-Line" and all those weird names for the same mic.
