It's a little low in the mix.Boost the level about 3 DB and also boost a little in the 100Hz area!

Great first effort!You're on the right track!
 
It needs a screaming banjo solo after the first chorus, and maybe boost the harpsicord a bit...

That's a nice "airy" sound you have there.... you can really hear the space around each drum!

You might wanna throw some 'verb on it though -- it's just a little too dead-sounding....!
 
Maybe I should remove my first post? You guys are having too much fun for me to ruin this perhaps.

Who's "they"???? I'm sure no one removed the link - it doesn't work that way around here....

In any case, that clip sounds pretty strange.... read up on mic placement... you've got phasing on the cymbals from poorly placed overheads, the kick is tubby and booming, and the snare sound like beans hitting a coffee can....

It's all about mic selction, mic positioning, and the room the drums are in!
