Liquid Audio

I just signed up with Liquid Audio. Unfortunately I am having trouble "liquifying" my tracks. Liquid Audio hasn't got back to me either. Could someone who's familiar with the software walk me through the basic steps of recording? I'm using someone eleses computer and he's confused too. I have a wave file recorded on the computer, but when I try to use the Liquid Audio nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sorry, I don't know anything about liquid audio, except that it isn't nearly as widespread as mp3.
