Liner notes?

So for my first CD, the liner notes were pretty easy - I knew way ahead of time what I wanted to put.

For CD #2, not so easy, as there will be 2 versions - the Kunaki one with just 2-sided front insert, and the CreateSpace/Amazon one with with inside-and-outside (4 panels total) front insert.
I had thought about putting lyrics on the inside panels, but I doubt I can get all the lyrics onto 2 panels. So do I selectively choose lyrics, or just fit what I can starting at song 1 ....
Or better to put something else entirely?

Any opinions?

Me personally, I'm not a fan of partial lyric sheets. I say put them all, or put none. I always hated opening an album to find the lyrics to only the single that was released or whatever. Also consider the possibility that if your listeners are anything like me, the CD case and liner notes might get looked at once and then tossed aside forever as the CD bounces around the car or lives in obscurity in a CD notebook or visor holder. I've got about ten million CDs whose cases are gone forever. Most of my casual music listening is done through my monitors or through my phone plugged into the aux jack on my car stereo. Nine times out of ten I don't know what the album artwork to what I'm listening to even looks like, never mind the liner notes. That's not to say that you shouldn't put great effort into your packaging. I'm just saying that I'm a music slob and I think there are many like me.

I'm 'old school' and miss those days of getting a new album (12" vinyl, thank you) and sitting down reading all the liner notes while listening to the new music. These days I need to get a magnifying glass out (PLUS wear reading glasses!)
I think a fair amount of people who get my CD (not that I expect to sell more than a few dozen) may want to read the lyrics rather than go search for them.
There will be a message on the 2-panel version to go to .... for lyrics.

*bump* Lot of bot views, evidently, but only one reply from Gerg ...

With our upcoming LP, we will be using Kunkaki (2 panel only). We are going to put a phrase like "For lyrics, visit our web site." Just an idea.

I agree regarding the Kunaki version, I'll be doing the same. CreateSpace gives you the 4-panel insert PLUS uses a clear disc tray so you get that artwork, as well.
